| 1 | Wood sorrel, Sorrell Leaves |
| 1 | Flat leaf (Italian) parsley, parsley |
| 1 | Kale leaves, (cavalo nero) |
| 1 | Beetroot, beetroot |
| 1 | Carrot, carrot |
| 1 cm | Fresh ginger, can leave out |
