Garlic butter lamb with fresh rosemary
Ingredients
5 cloves | Crushed garlic |
50 g | Butter |
1 cup | Fresh rosemary |
1 large | Leg of lamb (Main) |
Directions
- Pre heat oven stuff lamb leg with rosemary
- Mix garlic and butter and spread on top of leg of lamb , slow back at 120• for 6 to 7 hours depending on how you like your lamb , add roast veges 1/hours before lamb is ready sprinkle with mixed hurbs
