This refreshingly zesty salsa makes a particularly good accompaniment to a spicy chicken curry. It’s good on sandwiches with cold meats too.
|1 handful||Dates, pitted|
|2 cups||Feijoas, peeled (Main)|
|½ cup||Pistachio nuts, toasted|
|1 tsp||Orange, zest|
|3 Tbsp||Desiccated coconut|
|1 handful||Fresh coriander, torn|

Roughly chop feijoas and dates. Add pistachio nuts, orange zest, coconut, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Season, toss together and serve.
