This refreshingly zesty salsa makes a particularly good accompaniment to a spicy chicken curry. It’s good on sandwiches with cold meats too.
Ingredients
| 1 handful | Dates, pitted |
| 2 cups | Feijoas, peeled (Main) |
| ½ cup | Pistachio nuts, toasted |
| 1 tsp | Orange, zest |
| 3 Tbsp | Desiccated coconut |
| 1 | Lemon, juiced |
| 1 handful | Fresh coriander, torn |
Directions
Roughly chop feijoas and dates. Add pistachio nuts, orange zest, coconut, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Season, toss together and serve.
