- Heat oven to 180 degC. Grease a large, deep-sided, lasagna-style baking dish with olive oil. Place the chopped cabbage, bacon and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss well to combine.
- Pile this mixture into the prepared dish and pack it down with your hands.
- In another bowl, place the flour, finely chopped spring onions, parsley, season with salt and pepper and make a well in the centre. Add the lightly beaten eggs, oil and milk to the well and stir to combine without lumps.
- Pour this mixture over the cabbage to cover evenly. Bake for 35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and firm.
