Ingredients
| 75 ml | Cointreau |
| 25 ml | Dark rum |
| 100 ml | Baileys Irish Cream |
| 100 ml | Coconut milk |
| 500 ml | Milk |
| 100 g | White chocolate |
| 125 g | Dark chocolate |
Directions
- Warm the Cointreau and rum and then flambe to burn off the alcohol.
- Add the Baileys.
- Add the coconut cream and milk. Warm the mixture on a medium heat.
- Stir in the white and dark chocolate until smooth.
- Pour into shot glasses or small coffee cups and top with a little meringue.
