Ingredients
| 1 Tbsp | Sesame seeds |
| 1 cup | Breadcrumbs, fresh |
| ½ tsp | Smoked paprika |
| ¼ tsp | Salt, and freshly ground pepper |
| 1 | Flour, for dusting |
| 2 | Eggs, for egg wash |
| 1 | Lemon, cut into wedges to serve |
| 2 | Fish fillets, finger sized strips, hoki or gunard, as many as you like (Main) |
| 1 | Olive oil, for frying |
| 1 | Tartare sauce, for dipping |
Directions
- To 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs, add 1 Tbsp sesame seeds, 1⁄2 tsp smoked paprika, 1⁄4 tsp salt and some freshly ground black pepper. Flour, egg wash, then breadcrumb finger-sized strips of hoki or gurnard.
- Fry in a little olive oil until golden on each side. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing and a tartare dipping sauce.
