Family BBQ Meatloaf

Ive made this for years its easy its wonderful hot or cold .Always leftovers for teenagers in a sandwich or for dad for work .It more than easily feeds a family of four.Its versatile because you can add hard boiled eggs in the center ,grate zucchini or carrot into the mix its so easy to change if you've got vegetables in the fridge .If you've got bacon you can wrap a few rashers around .If you don't have tomato chutney or relish just use tomato sauce instead.Served with mashed potatoes and peas or cold with a salad .

Ingredients

500 g	Minced raw beef
500 g	Sausage meat
2 medium	Onions, chopped finely
4 slices	White sandwich bread, stale crumbled
1 whole	Egg
¼ tsp	Salt
½ cup	Milk
¼ cup	Water
2 tsp	Curry powder
4 Tbsp	Parsley, finely chopped
¼ tsp	Pepper

BBQ SAUCE

¼ cup	Tomato sauce
¼ cup	Tomato chutney
¼ cup	Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp	Malt vinegar
¼ cup	Brown sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven 180C. In a large bowl mix mince, sausage meat,onions,breadcrumbs,curry powder ,salt pepper. Next add milk ,egg and water mixed together, thoroughly mix all ingredients.Place in an oven proof roasting dish shaping with wet hands into a loaf .Put into pre-heated oven. After approx 20-25mins drain any fat out of dish .
2. While meat loaf is cooking in a pot heat sauce ingredients simmer for 5mins.When you drain fat from loaf pour sauce over meat loaf and return to oven for approx 30mins frequently spooning sauce over loaf .Serve hot or cold .
