Perfect for Mother’s Day celebrations, the namesake of this cocktail featured one of the earliest marmalade recipes in her recipe book dated 1677.
Ingredients
50 ml | Seedlip spice |
1 tsp | Marmalade |
1 bottle | Soda water, to top up |
1 sprinkle | Orange rind, to garnish, optional |
Directions
Shake Seedlip and marmalade together. Strain into an ice-filled glass (or jam jar, as pictured) and top up with soda water.
