Serve mash with toasted pide bread. It's good, too, swirled through this smoked fish spread.
Ingredients
| 1 clove | Garlic, crushed |
| 2 cups | Edamame beans, frozen without pods (from supermarkets and Asian food stores) (Main) |
| 3 Tbsp | Rice wine vinegar |
| 1 handful | Fresh herbs, (chives, mint or marjoram) |
| 1 splash | Olive oil |
Directions
- Gently fry crushed garlic then add frozen edamame beans and rice wine vinegar and simmer until tender.
- Put into food processor with fresh herbs to taste and salt and freshly ground black pepper and blitz with a little olive oil to make a smooth spread.
- Serve spread with some toasted pide bread chips.
