An easy fudge recipe that the whole family can enjoy, this also makes a great present! To change the recipe slightly, add peppermint essence instead of rum to make chocolate mint fudge.
|400 g||Dark chocolate (Main)|
|379 g||Condensed milk, (one can) (Main)|
|1 tsp||Rum essence|

- Line a shallow 21cm x 18cm square pan with baking paper. Gently melt the chocolate chips and condensed milk together in a saucepan over a low heat until chocolate has melted.
- Remove from heat and stir until smooth. Mix raisins and rum essence into the chocolate and condensed milk mixture.
- Pour into your lined pan and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and store in an airtight container.
