East Imperial bourbon buck

Look out for East Imperial Thai Dry Ginger Ale and treat yourself to a long, tall bourbon buck like we did last week! Containing lots of lemon and ginger – two vital winter ingredients – we figure it’s a little bit good for you too. Why East Imperial Thai Dry Ginger Ale? Because it uses real spice extract from natural ethicallysourced ginger from Thailand and at only 10.5g it’s impressively low in sugar – just over half the amount of other brands on the market.

Ingredients

1	Lemon
45 ml	Bourbon (Main)
150 ml	East Emperial Thai Dry Ginger Ale

Directions

Fill a highball glass with ice. Cut lemon into quarters, squeeze three wedges over ice and leave in glass. Add bourbon, top with ginger ale and garnish with final wedge of lemon.
