Ingredients
2 Tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
3 Tbsp | Runny honey, mild (Main) |
1 cup | Water |
2 Tbsp | Lemon juice |
250 g | Dried figs, or figlets (Main) |
3 | Mandarins (Main) |

- Melt the honey in the oil, water and lemon juice in a saucepan, then add the figs.
- Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for about 5 minutes or until the figs have plumped up.
- Cool a little, then add the mandarin segments. Serve warm withCrepes with honey and yoghurt.
