Ingredients
| ½ head | Cauliflower (Main) | 
| 1 clove | Garlic, crushed | 
| 1 Tbsp | Ground cumin | 
| 1 Tbsp | Ground coriander | 
| ½ tsp | Turmeric | 
| 1 | Olive oil | 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200C. Trim any leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stalk if needed.
 - Mix the garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander and turmeric in a bowl. Lightly oil the cauliflower and evenly coat with the spices.
 - Place cauliflower in a lightly oiled baking dish and roast for 45 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender. Cut into wedges to serve.
