Ingredients
1 fillet | Salmon (Main) |
1 Tbsp | Coconut oil |
1 Tbsp | Coconut sugar |
1 tsp | Chia seeds |
1 tsp | Linseed / flaxseed |
1 cup | Green beans |
1 tsp | Honey |
4 tsp | Butter |
1 cup | Cauliflower |
1 tsp | Sea salt |
1 tsp | Pepper |
Directions
- Heat skillet on high temp. Bring a small pot of water to the boil and drop beans in for 7 minutes. Chop up Cauli roughly and add to small pot with butter and salt and pepper on Med heat. Cover and sweat out for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add to hot skillet Coconut oil, Coconut sugar and seeds. Once Sugar has disssolved, place salmon in skillet, skin side down. Once crisp, sear short sides of salmon, before turning it over and turning the heat down to low to med for a further 10 minutes. Then place on a chopping board for 4 minutes to rest. Heat skillet again, drain beans and add honey. Toss beans in skillet until glazed and slightly crisp. Remove cauli from heat and mash.
- Serve together and enjoy.
