|½ cup||Sunflower seeds (Main)|
|½ cup||Pumpkin seeds (Main)|
|¼ cup||Sesame seeds (Main)|
|¼ cup||Linseed / flaxseed (Main)|
|¼ cup||Chia seeds (Main)|
|¼ cup||Cricket flour (Main)|
|1 tsp||Flaky sea salt, to sprinkle|

- Heat oven to 170C. Place all seeds, cricket flour and salt into a bowl. Add the water and mix to combine. Leave it for 15 minutes for the flax seeds and chia seeds to soften and bind with the ingredients together.
- Tip mixture out onto a baking paper lined tray. Spread the mixture as evenly as possible with a rubber spatula, aim to get it about 4mm thick all over. Sprinkle desired amount of sea salt over the top.
- Bake for 10 minutes, and remove from the oven. Cut the mixture into crackers with a pizza cutter or knife. Then place back into the oven to bake for another 40 - 50 minutes until crisp and golden. Remove and allow to cool on a rack and store in an airtight container.
