Ingredients
| 1 | Crayfish meat, from the tail and the body of the crayfish (Main) |
| 2 stalks | Celery, chopped, blanched, refreshed and dried |
| 1 | Lemon, zest |
| 1 handful | Chives, chopped |
| 1 Tbsp | Dijon mustard |
| 1 | Marjoram leaf, a few leaves chopped, or tarragon |
| 1 | Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste |
| 2 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
| 4 | Bread rolls, slider buns are best, toasted |
Directions
- Remove the meat from the tail, body, and legs of a cooked crayfish. Roughly chop into a bowl. Add 2 stalks of chopped celery that has been blanched, refreshed and dried, the zest of 1 lemon, a handful of chopped chives, a few leaves of marjoram or tarragon, salt and freshly ground black pepper, 2 Tbsp mayonnaise and 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard. Mix together to form crayfish salad.
