Ingredients
| ¼ cup | Almonds |
| ¼ cup | Walnuts |
| ¼ cup | Brazil nuts |
| 1 clove | Garlic |
| 1 cup | Fresh coriander (Main) |
| ½ cup | Fresh parsley |
| 1 bunch | Chives |
| 1 Tbsp | Capers |
| ½ | Lemons, zest |
| ½ cup | Olive oil |
| 1 pinch | Sea salt |
Directions
- Dry toast the nuts for about 5 minutes in a frying pan on medium-high heat.
- Place the nuts and the remainder of the inmgredients in a food processor. Pulse until finely ground.
- Leave the machine running on low, and slowly add the olive oil. Season with sea salt.
- Serve with fish or chicken, stir through pasta, or as part of a platter with bread and crackers.
