|1 ½ cups||Shredded coconut, (Ceres or Pams are preservative-free), plus extra for coating (Main)|
|1 cup||Ground almonds (Main)|
|4 Tbsp||Coconut oil, melted|
|1 Tbsp||Freeze-dried raspberry powder, I used Fresh As, use more/less to taste|
|1 serving||Dark chocolate, melted, optional|

- Line a shallow baking dish with baking paper.
- Mix all ingredients (except chocolate if using) and press into tray.
- Cut in to squares and refrigerate or freeze to set. Store in fridge or freezer.
