My recipe is refined sugar free and completely wholefood
Ingredients
3 whole | Bananas, Small, ripe |
¼ cup | Chia seeds |
16 whole | Pitted dates, Softened by standing 10 mins in boiling water. Drained |
2 Tbsp | Cacao powder |
½ tsp | Ground cinnamon |
1 can | Coconut milk |
Directions
- Blend everything together in your fabulous vitamix blender. Pour into a container or individual glasses and leave to thicken overnight or at least 8 hours.No need to stir again as everything is thoroughly combined by this powerful machine.Serve plain, topped with chopped fresh fruit, or swirled with a little natural yoghurt
