| 1 sheet | Rice paper round |
| 1 Tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 tsp | Curry powder |
| 1 tsp | Mixed spice |
| 1 Tbsp | Mustard |

Directions
- Warm up Crock pot,Whilst heating put Chicken onto Aluminiun Paper..Mix all other ingredients together then brush the Chicken all over.Once done wrap the Paper around the Chicken so you seal the ingredients in.Put in Crock pot and cook on High for about 4-5 hours.Crock pot HAS NO WATER.. Whilst cooking prepare your roast veges of choice and serve when ready. Will serve 4 easily..has a succulent spiced flavour Your Crockpot stays oh so clean
