One bowl wonder
Ingredients
1 cup | Self raising flour, Gluten free |
3 Tbsp | Cold butter |
4 | Egg yolks |
¼ cup | Milk |
¼ cup | Tomato pasta sauce |
1 cup | Edam cheese, grated (Main) |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200 ̊C fan bake. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a bowl combine flour and butter. Mix together with a knife or fork until the butter is well mixed in (does not need to be a bread crumb consistency. Combine egg yolks and milk together and add to flour mixture. Mix with knife. Add pasta sauce and grated cheese to mixture. Mix with knife until combine. Make sure mixture not too dry or wet. Once combined it should hold itself together.
- Place mixture onto a layer of glad wrap and roll up into a sausage. Leave for 5 minutes then cut into 6 equal pieces and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
