A delicious and healthy way to have a real treat for breakfast
Ingredients
2 cups | Rolled oats |
2 | Bananas, ripe |
1 sprinkle | Sea salt |
1 tsp | Cinnamon |
1 tsp | Vanilla extract |
1 | Carrot, grated (Main) |
2 Tbsp | Maple syrup, pure is best:) or honey |
2 Tbsp | Coconut oil, or sunflower oil |
¼ cup | Walnuts, chopped |
2 Tbsp | Shredded coconut, to garnish |
Directions
- preheat oven to 170 degrees celcius
- Mash the bananas and add grated carrot and wet ingredients.
- Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl and add to mixture mixing thoroughly
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the top to garnish
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, checking frequently until golden and crispy, yum!
