Ingredients
| 1 splash | Cream | 
| 1 head | Garlic, roasted | 
| ½ tsp | Nutmeg, grated | 
| ½ | Buttercup pumpkins, roasted (Main) | 
| 1 tsp | Chives, chopped | 
| 30 g | Butter | 
| 1 handful | Panko breadcrumbs | 
| 1 handful | Pumpkin seeds | 
| 1 handful | Parmesan cheese, grated | 
Directions
- Peel the skin from half a hot roasted buttercup.
- Add buttercup to a bowl with garlic and butter. Mash together well, then add nutmeg, salt and pepper, cream and chives.
- Serve as a mash or press into a baking dish and top with panko crumbs, pumpkin seeds and grated parmesan. Bake until golden.
