We call it Indian-Italian Fusion. It all started on one of those days where you forget your main ingredient from the supermarket and you've already committed to defrosting the chicken. What might have been a disaster resulted in kitchen ideas sparking and what many people have since called pure magic. Butterccine will have you bollywood dancing while screaming Mamma Mia! in appreciation.

Ingredients

½ packetFettuccine (Main)
1 wholeOnion
500 gChicken breasts
1 canSauce, Watties Butter Chicken Sauce
2 handfulsFrozen mixed stir-fry vegetables

Directions

  1. Boil the jug and use the water to cook your fettuccine in a pot. Put your frozen veges in the microwave to thaw.
  2. While the fettuccine is cooking, cut up the onion and sizzle it in a wok or large fry pan until golden.Slice the chicken breast and fry it with the onion. Add the veges and fry.
  3. When the fettuccine is soft all the way through and the chicken is cooked, combine the ingredients and stir through the butter chicken mix until everything is hot.
  4. Chuck on a sari and put on your best Italian accent because your friends and family are in for an Indian-Italian fusion treat that will change the way they eat forever!
