Six simple ingredients make up this tasty tuna salad recipe - a great one for the office lunchbox.
Ingredients
| 425 g | Tinned tuna in oil (Main) |
| 2 | Celery stalks, finely diced |
| 4 cups | Brown rice, cooked |
| 3 Tbsp | Soy sauce |
| ½ | Lemons, juice and zest |
| 1 serving | Chopped parsley |
Directions
- Toss all the ingredients together except the lemon juice and tuna.
- Drain the tuna, keeping the oil, mix this with the lemon juice and blend.
- Place the tuna chunks on top of the the rice mix.
- Pour over the tuna oil and lemon dressing.
