Bloody mary
3 | Tomatoes, roughly chopped |
1 | Spring onion, roughly chopped |
½ | Cucumbers, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped |
1 | Garlic clove |
1 Tbsp | Creamed horseradish |
1 Tbsp | Tabasco sauce, more or less to taste |
1 | Lemon, freshly zested and juiced |
1 dash | Worcestershire sauce |
To serve
1 serving | Oyster, 1 per glass (Main) |
Directions
- Make a fresh bloody mary mix, by blending together tomatoes, spring onion and cucumber. Then add garlic, horseradish cream, tabasco, the zest and juice of a lemon, and a dash of worcestershire sauce. Blend until smooth.
- Strain, season and chill.
- To serve, fill a shot glass with the bloody mix, add an oyster, a grind of fresh pepper, and shoot.
