An easy and delicious dessert, perfect to use up any old biscotti in the cupboard.

|410 g||Canned peaches in natural juice (Main)|
|1 cup||Low-fat yoghurt|
|4 Tbsp||Maple syrup|

- Roughly break biscotti into coarse chunks.
- Layer the peach slices, half the broken biscotti pieces and the yoghurt into four individual serving dishes or glasses.
- Top with remaining biscotti pieces. Drizzle each parfait with a tablespoonful of maple syrup and serve.
