Ingredients
30 g | Honey |
200 g | Toasted muesli |
100 g | Yoghurt |
50 ml | Milk |
Directions
- Mix the honey with yoghurt and milk then add the toasted muesli and store it in the fridge overnight.
- Next morning give it a good stir. Add more milk if the muesli is too thick.
- You can use your favourite muesli to make this or just use rolled oats, dried fruits, nuts and seeds - whatever you like.
- To finish just add some fresh berries, sliced fruit or a berry sauce.
- We ate ours with blood oranges from the breakfast buffet.
