Ingredients
| 2 cups | Rolled oats, whole (Main) |
| ½ cup | Greek yoghurt |
| 1 | Apple, grated |
| 1 | Pear, grated |
| 3 | Mandarins, peeled and diced |
| 1 cup | Grapes, seedless, sliced |
| ½ cup | Dates, diced |
| ½ cup | Threaded coconut, long |
| ¼ cup | Walnuts, Chopped |
| 3 Tbsp | Runny honey |
Directions
- Rinse oats in water, strain off, then cover with 4 cups of cold water and leave to soak overnght.
- In the morning, strain off excess water, then mix through remaining ingredients.
