Use beer braised beef and store-bought pastry to make these delicious beef and mushroom pies.
Ingredients
| 2 cups | Beef, beer braised (Main) |
| 4 cups | Mushrooms |
| 1 tsp | Oil |
| 1 tsp | Butter |
| 1 sprig | Fresh thyme |
| 1 to taste | Salt and freshly ground black pepper |
| 1 packet | Puff pastry |
Directions
- Bring beer braised beef slowly up to the boil.
- Meanwhile stir-fry mushrooms in oil and butter with garlic and fresh thyme leaves.
- Season well with salt and pepper.
- Mix through the beef and use this mixture to make pies.
