Its quick and uses a minimum of dishes and its done in the Microwave which is a big change for me than just the stove
Ingredients
| 500 g | Topside beef (Main) |
| 3 cloves | Garlic |
| 200 ml | Dark soy sauce |
| 1 tsp | Crushed ginger |
| 200 ml | Wine vinegar |
| 1 head | Broccoli |

| 200 ml | Wine vinegar |
| 200 ml | Dark soy sauce |
| 250 ml | Water |
| 1 Tbsp | Cornflour |
Directions
- Slice Meat into strips,Marinade ten minutes in Wine vinegar, Soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
- Heat oil in Microwave proof dish, add meat and microwave on high until red nearly gone, remove meat from juice and set aside
- In a cup , add water,soy,cornflour and wine vinegar, add to juice and add broccoli, cook on high for 3 mins remove and stir, again cook for 3 mins remove and stir, once gravy is thick keep cooking until broccoli is tender.
- Add Meat and cook for 40 seconds until meat heated through, serve on bed of rice, yum yum
