Its a incredibly easy recipe that is bursting with flavor!
Ingredients
| 1 can | Bean |
| 1 can | Butter beans |
| 1 can | Chickpeas |
| 1 can | Sweetcorn |
| 1 can | Lentils |
| 1 can | Chopped tomatoes |
| 1 tsp | Chilli powder |
| 2 Tbsp | Cumin |
| 2 cloves | Garlic |
| 1 | Onion |
| 1 | Chorizo sausage (Main) |
| 1 | Red capsicum |
Directions
- Chop the onion and garlic and fry until golden brown.
- Add all the canned beans - Beans in chilli sauce, Butter Beans, Mixed Beans, Chickpeas, Lentils- (any beans of your choice can be used) chopped tomatoes and sweetcorn (optional)
- After 10 minutes, add the cumin and chilli powder along with the Chorizo (or any spicy sausage of your choice) and capsicum. Cook for around 25-30 minutes.
- Serve with grated cheddar cheese, a dollop sour cream and corn chips. Alternatively you can enjoy this chilli with rice or on its own.
