2 cups | Basil, and spinach leaves, a mix of both, well packed (Main) |
3 Tbsp | Tahini (Main) |
1 head | Garlic, roasted, cooled and peeled (Main) |
1 | Lemon, zest and juice; alternatively use 1 lime |
⅓ cup | Olive oil, approximately; use enough to bind |
Directions
- Blitz basil and spinach leaves with tahini, cooled and peeled roasted garlic, lemon zest and juice and enough olive oil to bind. Season with salt and pepper.
