A lovely summery dessert that is light and sweet.

|1 to garnish||Icing sugar|
|1 can||Berry sauce|

- Cut peaches in half and remove stones. Brush peach halves all over with oil and lightly dust with icing sugar. Barbecue for two to three minutes on each side until lightly charred and heated through.
- Remove to a serving dish. Drizzle with berry sauce and serve with yoghurt or icecream.
