My partner has decided that Paleo is right for him, although he does it more so he can indulge in meat-on-tap I am trying to come up with recipes which mean I can still bake treats and share them with him too so this one is a totally easy and DELISH fail proof crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
4 | Eggs |
2 | Bananas, mashed (Main) |
¼ cup | Coconut oil, melted |
¼ cup | Organic honey, melted |
¼ cup | Coconut sugar |
1 tsp | Vanilla essence/extract |
½ cup | LSA (Linseed, Sunflower and Almond mix) (Main) |
1 pinch | Salt |
2 tsp | Cinnamon |
2 tsp | Baking soda |
½ cup | Dates, chopped |

Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Mash everything together in a big bowl. Slop into a loaf or cake tin.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve with maple syrup, yoghurt, fruit or chocolate!
