Ham on the bone stars in this tasty canape.
Ingredients
| 3 Tbsp | Cream cheese |
| 2 Tbsp | Mustard |
| 1 Tbsp | Horseradish |
| 1 handful | Grated cheese |
| 1 loaf | French bread, sliced thinly, as much as needed |
| 1 handful | Rocket leaves |
| 1 serving | Ham on the bone, cut into thick slices (Main) |
| 1 pot | Beetroot jam, store-bought |
| 1 handful | Fresh herbs, to garnish |
Directions
- Mix cream cheese with mustard, horseradish and a small handful of grated cheese.
- Spread on thin slices of french bread and bake until golden brown.
- Top toasts with rocket leaves, a thick slice of ham on the bone and a spoonful of beetroot jam.
- Garnish with fresh herbs.
