A simple rice and pork dish with lovely Asian flavours.
|1 ⅕ kgs||Pork (Main)|
|1 cup||Rice wine|
|1 cup||Soy sauce|
|¾ cup||Brown sugar|
|2||Star anise pods|

- Place ingredients in cooker. (Use 2xm strip of fresh orange rind). Slow cook on high for 5 hours.
- Remove pork (leg, shank end) and take off the skin and excess fat.
- Slice the pork and serve with steamed rice, greens and a few spoonfuls of broth.
