Ingredients
| 1 | Pineapple, thin wedges |
| 2 to taste | Passionfruit |
| 1 | Yoghurt, lime flavour |
| 1 to garnish | Fresh mint, or tropical flowers |
| 1 | Mango syrup |
Directions
- Slice thin wedges of fresh pineapple.
- Scoop out the flesh of passionfruit.
- In a tall glass stack the pineapple wedges with scoops of lime yoghurt.
- Pour over some mango syrup.
- Top with the fresh passionfruit pulp.
- Garnish with a tropical flower or mint.
