Why 5 min beef stripes? it’s the time you need to cook it and it’s so good, it will also be the time your guest need it to eat it.
Ingredients
| 2 Tbsp | Olive oil |
| ½ slice | Onions |
| 1 tsp | Ground cumin |
| ½ tsp | Smoked paprika |
| 400 g | Beef (Main) |
| 1 tsp | Garlic |
| 1 Tbsp | Soy sauce |
| 1 Tbsp | Apple cider |
| 1 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
| 1 Tbsp | Tomato ketchup |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| 1 pinch | Ground black pepper |
| 5 Tbsp | Water |
| 1 Tbsp | Spring onion |
Directions
- Caramelized the onion in olive oil, add cumin, paprika and beef and roast it 2 min.
- 2-Add garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, mayonnaise, ketchup, salt (to taste), pepper and dilute with water, cook 1 min.
- 3-Add spring onions and it's ready to serve; with: rice, pasta, potatoes, tortillas etc…
