As the end of the year nears, I thought what better way to “wrap it up” than to share some amazing flavour combos for wraps. Wraps are a really versatile meal, easy to pack up and take on picnics, great for school and work lunches or just sliced up and served on a platter as a canape. All cultures have some form of wrap; the Indian roti, Middle Eastern pita, Mexican tortilla but, today my friends, we’re going to do it my way.
