If you're in town for the Queenstown Marathon the place to be is Rata for the Cloudy Bay Long Lunch. We hear this four course lunch prepared by Josh Emmett and the Rata team includes the freshest local produce such as octopus, duck, jersey bennes, saffron and strawberries. Each course designed to perfectly complement the Cloudy Bay range, including the much anticipated Te Wahi Pinor Noir 2014 – the first vintage born from the blend of grapes from two Cloudy Bay owned vineyards in Central Otago – Northburn and Culvert.
