Big bite burgers

Tandoori chicken sliders
Sid Sahrawat's tandoori chicken sliders from his award-winning Cassia restaurant are a favourite with his daughter Zoya. Little slider brioche buns - the burger bun of the moment - make them a little extra special. The spicy and flavourful chicken pieces, which are coated with ground Indian spices and a tandoori masala, are complemented nicely with a cool coriander relish.
Fish burgers
Geoff Scott's fish burgers are so simple that you can get this onto the dinner table pronto. Drizzled with a classic tartare sauce, these tasty burgers are as popular with the kids as they are with grown-ups, and a good way of getting fish onto the weekly menu.
Falafel burgers
Nutritious, packed with fibre and Middle Eastern flavours, these falafel burgers can be served in pita pockets or Turkish bread buns and drizzled with a creamy red pepper aioli. Vegetarian-friendly.
