The Commerce Commission has cleared the way for safety equipment company Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety NZ to acquire the assets of Paykel, an Auckland engineering supplies company.
Paykel is wholly owned by Tiri Group, which is selling its subsidiary to the Australian-owned Wesfarmers for an estimated $10.4 million.
