More businesses wanted for SuperGold card

SuperGold card users are saving up to a dollar a day but want more businesses to come on board.

A recent online poll on the 50-plus website GrownUps.co.nz shows 88 per cent of card holders save up to $30 a month.

Five hundred members took part in the survey, reporting how often they use their cards and what value it is to them.

Spokesman Richard Poole says many respondents struggle to find businesses that support the card. Card holders wold like more major retailers and providers of essential services such as electricity and phones to take part in the discount scheme.
