An Auckland model and talent agency that was struggling to pay its young actors has gone into receivership.
Kimberley Hill Management - which last week changed its name to NZMT - was put into receivership yesterday afternoon, according to Companies Office records.
Neither receiver John Gilbert nor the company's directorKimberley Hill was immediately available for comment.
The Companies Office does not say who appointed Gilbert as a receiver.
Two extras - Mandy Madden and Justin Shand - who acted on the TV series Power Rangers told the Herald on Sunday last week that they still owed money for work they did on the show last year.
After the Herald on Sunday contacted the agency last week, Hill called the pair and promised to pay them.
Hill said a decline in offshore productions visiting New Zealand and the strong Kiwi dollar had made business difficult but she would "personally guarantee" to pay her clients.
