A glamorous tropical-style property owned by Auckland hairdressing power couple Jacci and Paul Huege De Serville is for sale after they separated.
The four-bedroom house is expected to fetch around $5.5 million.
The Servilles are hairdressers to Auckland's celebrity set.
Their business empire includes leading salons at Takapuna, Newmarket, MissionBay, Albany and Ponsonby, plus the Servilles Academy.
The Park Ave house, 10m from Takapuna Beach, is being sold by Graham Wall, who last month sold New Zealand's most expensive residential property, the $24m futuristic Herne Bay home of John and Rose Dunn.
Marketing of the Huege De Serville house emphasised its extensive renovations.
"A truly unique Palm Springs-style house, a rework of an original 1970s home. It is a perfect example of two creative geniuses, the Serville family and Fearon Hay Architects," advertising material said.
Paul Huege De Serville said the renovation was extensive, took two years and cost "quite a few million".
