Sky City issues share register warning

Sky City has issued a warning to shareholders, saying it has been asked to hand over details of its share register to an interested party.

The company is obliged to make its register available if requested.

Sky City said it was aware that a number of unsolicited offers have been made to shareholders of other New Zealand listed companies recently and urged its shareholders to check the details of any unsolicited offer they might receive.

"Sky City suggests that shareholders consult their financial advisor prior to taking any action."
