A house in Auckland with no walls and high levels of lead possibly from P contamination has sold for over $1 million.
The Herne Bay property, located on Kelmarna Ave, has three bedrooms and one bathroom is one half of a duplex, with the other dwelling owned by Housing NewZealand.
It sold at auction today for $1.136 million.
