Oyster Bay to sell out

Delegats Wine Estate has given notice it will be taking over Oyster Bay Marlborough Vineyards from next Tuesday.

It already owns 50 per cent of shares in Oyster Bay, a listed company on the New Zealander Stock exchange.

Delegats is one of New Zealand's largest family-owned winemakers in the Hawkes Bay and Marlborough regions.

Oyster Bay Vineyards is a dedicated grape grower and owns 535 hectares of vines in Marlborough. It's contracted to supply all its grapes to Delegats.
